百令胶囊对同期放化疗鼻咽癌患者免疫调节作用的临床研究(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨百令胶囊对同期放化疗鼻咽癌患者的免疫调节作用。方法 回顾性分析2010年12月～2014年12月我院收治的80例鼻咽癌患者临床资料，其中采用同期放化疗方案治疗患者40例(对照组)，联合采用百令胶囊和同期放化疗治疗患者40例(实验组)。对比观察两组患者治疗前后及随访3个月、6个月的外周血T细胞亚群水平与免疫球蛋白水平，以及两组患者的不良反应情况。结果 治疗后及随访3个月、6个月实验组CD4+水平、CD8+水平和CD4+/CD8+水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后及随访3个月、6个月实验组IgG水平、IgA水平和IgM水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)；实验组骨髓抑制率(27.5%)，口腔、咽部黏膜充血糜烂(20.0%)比例显著低于对照组(52.5%、47.5%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 同期放化疗鼻咽癌患者口服百令胶囊，可增强其机体免疫功能，减轻放化疗不良反应，提高疗效，临床推广价值显著。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of Bailing Capsule on immune function concurrent radiochemotherapy for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma in the same period.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2014，40 cases (control group) were treated with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy，while 40 cases (experimental group) were treated with the combination of Bailing Capsule and concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulin levels before treatment，after treatment and follow-up for 3 months，6 months，adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment，follow-up 3 months and 6 months，CD4+，CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ level of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment，follw-up 3 months and 6 months，IgG，IgA and IgM level of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).In the experimental group，the ratio of bone marrow suppression (27.5%)，oral cavity and pharyngeal mucosal congestion and erosion (20.0%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (52.5%，47.5%) respectively (P<0.05).Conclusion Concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy can enhance the immune function，reduce side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy，improve the therapeutic effect，and the value of clinical application is remarkable.

鼻咽癌是我国一种比较常见的恶性肿瘤，现阶段公认的治疗方式以放射治疗为主，对中晚期患者配合化疗治疗，相当一部分患者在治疗后得到长期生存[1]。随着放射治疗与辅助设备的发展，以及放疗与化疗综合治疗的应用，临床研究发现对鼻咽癌患者同期放化疗可显著提高患者的5年总生存率、5年无瘤生存率与总生存率[2]。尽管如此，放疗与化疗均有着较为严重的不良反应，如营养不良、口腔溃疡等，这限制了疗效的提高，并且可损害患者的免疫功能[3-4]，降低机体对同期放化疗不良反应的耐受力，直接影响治疗及康复。基于此，本研究探讨百令胶囊对同期放化疗鼻咽癌患者的免疫调节作用，现报道如下。 (杨静)
